请问：想在楼下加一个厨房， 需要什么样的permit?

投资房的楼下，有1600多平方尺，想放一个range oven , 我已经请电工安装了炉子和排风扇的专项插座， 电工告诉我， 只需要申请add three circuits for the appliance in the basement. 我感觉好像不会这么简单。 请前辈指点！ 先谢谢了
