请教同行地主，我在7月二十四日 发出notice of non-renewal of lease，亲手递给租户，合约到期后，租户不走，怎么办？

我八月三十一号问收回钥匙的是，租客答需要再等一周，每周问，答案都是一样。我现在该怎么办呢？
