Owner finance

有一位房客想用owner finace 买我的出租房。我也想卖。房客是医生从加拿大来可能短期拿不到房贷。2 year term , prime rate +2, 15% down. 请问有经验的地主们，可以做吗？有什么要注意的？多谢！
