几个问题:
1。Is it paralegal's duty to check on whether the renter has moved out on her won or not? The contract says paralegal will finish the eviction case till the renter moved out.
2. Is it wise for me to go check out the house on my own to see whether the renter moved out or not? The reason I asked is I received a letter from city code dept to cite on renter's car which is not operatble on drive way for quite some time. Based on this letter, I guessed the renter is out.
3. If I can, do I need to send a 48 hour visit notice to renter still to ask permision to enter the house?
