You can play stocks, maybe not day trade, but bi-weekly or monthly trade.
IRA fees are cheaper than 401K. Fees are hidden. If you are not the active type, then buy dated mutual funds, example 2030 or 2040 funds
However, if you are almost 55???? or older, then you may want to think it over.
