This agreement is NOT contingent upon insepction.是什么意思？

Seller's agent service fee payment agreement里面有这么几句话：

Buyer agrees to fulfill all Buyer obligaions of the original agreement of sale other than contingent upon inspections.

This agreement is NOT contingent upon insepction.

是说就算我因为inspection撤出的话，也还是要付他service fee对么？ 请问我理解的对么？
