虽然S corp 和 LLC 都是 Pass through entities. income tax 没有区别，但S Corp

entity来说还是值得转的。而且S Corp 在self-employment tax 上也有优势。 对于自家人的公司，就是不用担心ownership change 的，就该用 S Corp。
