Extraordinary Services. An hourly fee of $ per hour shall be paid to Broker for all necessary or requested tasks not considered normal management duties. These include attendance at eviction or other court proceedings; HOA meetings, HOA compliance hearings (including Ombudsman hearings) or any other related activity not considered normal management duties.

还有就是一般给MLS的Referal Fee是多少合理？ 我的要$300.
