可以把房子租给现役军人吗？

有没有人把房子租给现役军人的？今天有个现役军人来租房，年薪8万多，在军队从事技术职务，他说租金将每月由军方直接转账给我。由于从来没有租房给军人的经验，不知道有什么风险？
