I think that you had filed the unlawful detainer and won the Writ of Execution already . It is too late for your tenants to gain automatic stay. You do not need to file another unlawful detainer in bankruptcy court. I am not even sure that you can file that because your tenants' bankruptcy block that. The only thing you can do is to file lift of the automatic stay which is un-necessary in your case. You should bring your Writ of execution to the bankruptcy court or talk to your sheriff office for the eviction.
