Is there any land value in a high-rise condo? (for deprecation p

I have been getting conflicting answers.  But it seems the correct answer is no.  As a unit owner, you do not own the land.

I am sure many people here are confused as well. So I thought I would at least give the answer I received.  I hope it would help those in similar situations.  Thanks to those who gave me feedback.
