请教各位：Credit Score 580- 600 可以考虑吗？

请教各位大侠，租客年薪12万，单亲母亲，带两个幼儿。提供了pay stub, W2 , backgroud Check 没事，还没有credit check， 但她自己告诉我她的credit 在580-600之间。这样的credit 会不会太低，可以考虑吗？
