ultimately, the price is depedending on OPEC's resolution to cut. In reality, OPEC stands to benefit more through the combination of price increase and production cut.

Sometimes, I am wondering why US and Europe tolerate OPEC's open action of price fixing. It should be illegal in the free international trade.
