房子LIST得低了，现在俩家都想要

一家白人接地气两口子一小男娃一猫，月底搬（房子要空一个月），对房子各种喜欢，不嫌弃院子乱，两人合起来够房租三倍。追着要付押金。

另一家黑人很DECENT两口子没娃没宠物，比上一家提前十天搬（空二十天），对房子也很喜欢，但是希望把院子的BUSH修整一下，男人收入比较高（8K一个月），女的是未婚妻。

我希望就这俩里挑一个我就歇着了。哪个呢？今晚想答复他们。
