租客说要file appeal eviction judgment，这又得耗多少天啊？

周一Eviction 出庭，然后今天租客说他们准备File Appeal.

之前我给他们的Evicition Notice说10/14 前必须受到房租，不然File Eviciton， 他们21号转的房租，后来律师让我把钱退回去了，然后在退回去的时候我需要他们的银行信息，有给他们写过一封邮件上面提到过。 

I will instruct my attorney to file a dismissal upon receipt of October rent, October late fees and reimbursement for court costs and attorney’s fees.

我当时的意思是想说Court 前收到的话就Dismiss case，但是现在看了下邮件，没有写明是必须court 前， 他们就想通过这个去 appeal. 这个 appeal 能成功不？一般appeal 过程需要多久？如果他们Appeal成功是不是就不能赶啦？继续之前的Lease？
