选房客的问题

(1)  双职工，收入 11万，二小孩，credit score 630
但提出延迟—星期鉴约，主要是不能立刻拿出押金。current landlord said, they are good tenant.

(2) 一对夫妇，没孩子。收入 8万3。credit score 550,  有几笔 collection 记录。据自己说交房租准时, current landlord said, they are good tenant. Currently live in basement, rent will be twice more if live in our rental house.

选那家好呢？都是黑的working family.
