The order is based on my personnal biased. For counter-party risk, please check Anglelist for their latest VC and angle funding.
PeerStreet: Residential bridge loan only, 1st deed resell debt, interest rate is amount the lowest(7-12%). Debt are good quality. Michael Berry(see Micheal Lewis's Big Short) is one of the invester.
RealtyShares: Equity, perferred equity, and debt, residential, commercial, leveraged/unlevedge fund. Number of Debt/perfferd deal drops to one in two weeks. Focus on fund deal. Best teams for execution. Should be the survior of the >100 crowd platform. RS implement the one-month cool down period which is optional requested by SEC.
FundRise: no more crowd. now only selling so call eREIT to non-accreditation investor. provide gurantee to their Growth eREIT.
LendingHome: Residential 1st deed debt, small debt for houses in low cost and remote area. Most debts are below $300K. The only platform that admits foreclosure, six total since launch, no lost of capital according to them. No properties addresses shown on the site for all deals. I used RPR national data and other sites to check the properties history. I found at least two properties show a purchased price higher than the RPR sold price. Be careful. Best funded including major funding from the mainland China NASDAQ listed Ren Ren($100million).
