Eviction 的 问题

碰到了一个极品无赖房客，已欠我们二个半月半房租，各种借口，各种谎言，还在我们不知的情况下，招进 roommate 收取房租，却分文不交我们。一星期前我们已贏了 failure to pay rent 的官司，现在刚递交 eviction 的申请。她的 lease 是八月底结束的，她绝无搬走的意思，我们怎样才能赶他们走呢？可以直接进去把他们的东西搬出去吗？真是恶梦呀，遇上这样的无赖
她跟我们说，如果让她继续住，她将交欠租。
请教我们该怎么办，先用month by month 的lease 答应她？因为真正的 eviction date 还要等一个多月。她将继续赖在这里白住，而我们却毫无办法。
