Questions on bathtub; 先多謝大家賜教

I have some really basic questions.  So please don;t laugh at me :)  Thank you for your suggestions.

1. The bathtub has the porcelain pieces falling off, as shown in the 1st picture.  There are a few pieces in the bathtub falling as well, as big as a quarter. 

What are products to patch?  

It was like this a few years ago, but it has not worsened in any way.  Meaning the pieces are not getting bigger and there have been no new pieces.  So it is probably not a big deal the way it is?

 

2. The drain has some rust, as shown in the 2nd picture.

What should I do: dry the area and then spray wd-40? 

Is that a big deal?

 

3. Is recaulking necessary?  this is the only bathtub I have, so I cannot do it when I am in town. But if I am going out of town, I am too busy to have the caulking done.
