You can invest your Solo 401K and self directed 401K in 房地产。

The best way to use your solo 401K or self-directed 401K is to invest in real estate, because you do not have to pay UBIT tax,  checkbook or  self-directed IRA are subject to UBIT tax. All my self-directed 401K are  invested in  RE.
