Heat exchanger inside a new furnace "cracked". Any guy knows how

My tenant called me that AC does not work.  AC company come and told me it is related with mother board of furnace being defective. I called gas furnace company to come. The guy from gas furnace company shut the furnace off stating there is "crack" in the heat exchanger. 

The house is brand 4 years new. AC company told me it is almost impossible to have a crack. 

I am far away from the rental house. I have a maintenance plan with that gas company but this is the only part that not covered so I have to pay 5-6 hundred to have it repaired, and only 60 days warranty. 

 

I suspect the gas guy fraudualently made a crack on the heat exchanger. (because in the past they did cleaning on furnace at my two houses, and then claim simultanously same spot screw was loose, and need works, because they did not know I am the same owner of the different houses). 

 

  Any guy knows how to replace a heat exchanger inside a gas forced air furnace?  any opinion?
