not yet. The first family have stayed in the current rental house which is in the same beighborhood of our rantal house for three years. Because of the owner want to sell the house, so they have to move out. The second family have stayed in apartment for six years. They just opened the resterent in our area, so want to relocate. The first family just want to sign one year lease and the second family can sign two year lease.
