纠结啊，大家出租房找人维修都发1099 吗？俺这里老莫一听啥1099 不是直接走了就是涨价30%.

德州这里很多contractor 没身份，活儿干得不错, 现金付款, 有不少听说1099就直接挂电话. 有身份的老莫，就说俺找的那个修空调的, 去年大大小小的活也有$4k了，老莫几乎随叫随到，做得不错. 他每次都只收cash, 一听啥要发1099, 报税, 他就说要涨价30%. 其他contractor, 比如做地面tile, 给现金 $1 每尺的人工, 一听说1099, 就会变成$1.3每尺. 

俺知道只有报1099 才能算大的expense, 大家修房有遇到过这种情况吗？ 谢谢！
