Rowe Price (TROW), which had argued that the $109 per share bid significantly undervalued the company. The deal will be finalized on Monday, Oracle said. 2. Chipotle (CMG) and Bill Ackman have signed a confidentiality agreement, Reuters reported after Friday's market close. Sources told the publication that the famed investor wants "multiple" board seats, and Reuters noted that the news signals that Ackman may be able to push through change at the restaurant chain without a drawn-out fight. 3. Cempra (CEMP), which plunged Wednesday after FDA advisory committee documents for the company's solithromycin antibiotic were more conservative than expected, said the committee narrowly voted that the drug's results outweighed its risks. 4.
