版主，我做馒头还有些心得。 可以把 parchment paper剪成小块，放在馒头下面蒸，出锅以后撕掉就行了

另外，我买了KA的KSM7586  stand mixer(1.3 HP, 7QT), 揉面效果不错. 六杯面发好了，机器打二十分钟几乎没有发热。
