手里大概有五十万现金。干点什么好？

首先说，我是穷人。因为挣钱能力差——专业问题。所以这钱看得磨盘大。

目前市场，投资房子是不敢买了。钱拿来干点什么好？版上大家说的annuity是个什么东东？对我合适么？我中年大妈了。

还是说自住房升级，去凑热闹买个好的学区房，又保值又提高生活质量？
