以後記得合約上加上：if there is more than one lease ,this lease is between the lessor and each lessee individually and severally .if one lessee defaults under this lease , the remaining lessee is fully responsible for compliance with all provisions of this lease , including timely payment of monthly lease payment.....blah blah
