请大侠们帮忙鉴定这个租客

我准备把房子里的地下室出租。打出去广告，反馈的信息基本上都是收入感觉不靠谱的。请大家看看这个，感觉字里行间有些疑问，他们两个好像都各自住在自家父母的地下室，但他说他们是longterm男女朋友，因为这里有不少骗住的，所以我该给这样的潜在租客show房子吗？要查他们的那些资料？谢谢。

I am emailing regarding the ad you put on Craigslist for the new basement suite.
My longterm boyfriend and myself are looking for a place to start out. We are very responsible, and quiet. We both work full time-  I am manager of a retail store in the cottonwood mall, and he works in construction/renovations. 
Your rental is exactly what we are looking for, and would love the chance to look at it sometime. 
I will say, we do not have much in the way of references, as I live currently in my parents basement suite, and he the same. We can offer personal, and work references however and proof of employment. We do not have any pets, and we don't smoke, do drugs, or party at all. For the most part we just work and then come home to relax. 
Please let me know if we are able to come by and check it out.
