狗了一下。Impossible trinity是说It is impossible for a country to have

a stable currency, the free movement of capital (i.e. the absence of capital controls) and independent monetary policy.

这个可以理解（还要花点时间才能搞懂怎么来的）。那篇文章没讲这个。主要问题是逻辑不清楚。它的逻辑是“为支撑人民币=》抛售外汇 =》需要从自身系统之外吸收流动性 =》通过银行降准来实现”。但是要是自身系统之外缺乏收流动性的话（没有人民币买美元？），人民币就已经得到支撑了。为什么还要银行降准？那篇文章可能想解释降准伴随抛售外汇。但是没解释好。
