Then depending on the result of the inspection they renew it?

I got a list to repair with the last inspection, fortunately it was taken care for a few hundred dollars and the re-inspection passed.

My tenant is more reliefed than me because the sec8 contract price is $200-300 bellow market. Not in best area so lazy to change.
