給大家提個醒關於section8的。

不是問過section8房檢不通過房租被取消的事麼？今天打給政府答復如下：It is my understanding that we have abated the housing assistance payment due to the situation with the XX.  In this situation, your tenant is not yet responsible for the full amount of rent because we still have an active contract with you.  When the contract is termination, (effective 10/31/2015), your tenant will be responsible for the full amount of rent beginning 11/1/2015.

幸虧俺查了合約是8月尾就結束了。正在等待政府會復。

如果政府真是這規定，那不是風險多多？房檢不過，動他（它）不得？

Update下，大家也有個准備啊。（不要問幹嘛不給修好通過啊，這戶特殊情況不想再跟他們囉嗦了）
