房客说italian cypress上住老鼠，老鼠带来flea。若是，是我的责任吗？如何处理rants and flea？

把下面帖子提上来. 我在同一地址住近20年，从没有这种情况。他们去年搬进来的。过去的一年也没有这情况。若有，会不会他们的责任？并且，是在室外，我有责任管吗？在线等，谢恢复

 

We wanted to point your attention towards a flea infestation in the side yard (where you have your stuff stored in the sheds).  We believe they are living in the Italian cypress along the side fencing.  We have seen  rats running to and from the power lines along those trees and can only assume the rats live in the trees and that is the reason for the flea infestation.

We have done as much as we can without involving you, the landlord.  We called Kilroy Pest Control and had them spray the perimeter of the house for fleas on Monday and Wednesday.  It is now Friday  and we still get many fleas crawling on us every time we walk through the side yard.

Since the problem is in the trees that are on the property, we would like you to resolve the issue.  It's really unpleasant to come home to fleas ready to bite us, and I hope that you can come up with a speedy solution.  This is a problem that needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
