It doesn't matter if a person has a lease with you or not. As far as they can claim they live there you need to serve separate paper. The eviction is on all adult individuals (i.e. the defendants are all of them, all the names must appear on the court paper.
You need to serve each a copy of the paper and do a separate affidavit of service.

２。　寄挂号信要求有回执的但房客拒绝接受。

The requirement for substitute service is to mail both plain and certified. I used certified without return, to avoid the tenant refusing to receive it.
