Both of us are doing ITs, 负债抗风险 are strong, company is doing good at least 5 years from now, so plan for 15 years mortgages to meet our life goal.
Called a friend, she suggested the second one, since we have enough money and house is easy to rent with gated community, although HOA may increase and hard to sell in the end
