2: year 2001, very good condtion gated community, HOA 150$, 1400 ft (rent 1800 $) price 330,000 $
Both are in good locations, and not good deals cash flow wise, but want to buy something to park money
Any ideas?

好像两个都不好。第一个return不好。堵升值能升多少?因为房子小 旧能升多少?第二个HOA高,return更不好。
