the spy option

last Thursday, the SPY vol is high, and it closed down, with MA200 as the resistant. looks like turning direction.

I questioned whether that would be a mid turn turning signal???

Last Friday, the spy down again. However, AAPL & FB are not supporting SPY's turn, therefore, i dare not say it is a quick turn or strong turning down.

I wish to buy the SPY PUT for Oct, but still worried that it will bonced back. if SPY bonce back a bit, as the vix down and timing issue, the SPY Oct PUT will be down. Still waiting to see the entry point. Once buy the SPY OCT Put, will hold for 1 week.
