2015 年投资和投机计划

买房虽好，但太辛苦。因此用以下懒人投资法，应该是靠谱的。读了很多投资书，砖家们都建议买指数基金，因此选择了高风险(指数基金的3倍ETF)，高回报的组合。虽然是高风险，长期投资应该是低风险的。

Divide investment money into: SP500, NasDaq, and real estate index funds, but it is 3x ETF such as:

40 % in SPXL, 40 % in QQQE, and 20 % in DRN. For persons are near to retirement: May put money in: SPY, QQQ and REIT.

Buy and hold, check twice a year.

Spend more time to beach, mountains and other fun places.
