1) Lessee must use the premises (House and barn) solely for residential purposes.
2) Since Lessee owns family business
. Lessee should provide landlord real business address and keep the address up to date during tenancy
. It's lessee's responsibilities to comply with local zone laws of the rental property.
. In case there is any violation of the zoning ordinance, lessee should take care of and fix the violation under county/city instruction to comply with local zone laws. In any case, lessee can not use such violation as excuse to break lease. Lessor keeps the right to terminate the lease with one week notice if such violation is not taken care of in a timely manner.
