房子租给有 home business 的人有风险吗?

Mountain House on acres, with super big barn (5k sq). It's residential only, no bussiness allowed.

有人 拥有 cabinet bussiness 想租, 他们另外有 shop. 用barn 做storage. 不知道如何区分.

PM 认为: there should be no resitriction on home bussiness operation, if they are living in main house, they would fall under that catogory.

我还是觉得应该去 county 问清楚, 否则以后邻居抱怨又是大麻烦.
