租客这月去别洲工作了，但他骗我说是FAMILY EMERGENCY， 今天已１４号了（通常１０号付 RENT），还没有交房租的意思，他就一人住这里， 打电话也不接， 问题：如果我送３ 天NOTICE没人接怎么办？谢谢回答。
