One tenant broke the lease because she can smell smoking outside the house! And no tenant no neighbor smokes!

They claimed that they have sensitive lungs and they health would be damaged (And they are serious about this! Even if the smoking causes no harm to them, I would think if they keeping thinking this way, they would have poor health)

So I let them break the lease as it would be too much trouble to take them to court.

I think anything weird can happen when you are a landlord.
