Plumbing 有问题的房子可以考虑买吗？修起来会不会很麻烦

周末去看了房，是银行的房子，Winterize过，地毯要全换，墙要刷，还有冰箱和炉子要买，本来觉得这些5-6千可以搞定，但今天要了Seller Disclosure，发现貌似Plumbing有问题，是这么写的

plumbing: Damaged
Sink: OK
Other: OK
Water Supply tested and functional: NO 
The plumbing did not hold pressure during presure test. Not able to locate leak. 

本来想下Offer，是不是可以歇菜了
