just talked about LLC for rental property with accountant. She strongly against it. She said if i want to have LLC, then have a LLC for each propety separately. She has a client who put all his rental property in one LLC. He got sued for one small property from a damage for 700K and he had to use othe property value to cover this law suit. If for liability purpose, she suggest umbrella inurance
