关于地主ＬＬＣ的诉讼，我的律师是这样说的。

Anybody said he wanted to sue you, just tell him to go ahead. Anybody can sue anybody for anything.
Lawyers are looking for assets that they can seize and cash out right away. They are mainly interested in a fat insurance policy.
They are not interested in taking over your rental apartments to sell.
