查查你的lease, send notice

A standard lease, as least in VA, clearly states for single family residence only, NOT for business.

Opening a daycare is an abosulte violation of the lease. If I were you, I would send the tenant a 30-day notice right away - stop daycare or move! no third option.

别说波大讲的烧死孩子，就算有小孩受了伤，律师也能告的你倾家荡产。

你现在有充分的理由终止合同，千万别为省事，或点房租惹火烧身。
