如果租客的家人

目前在中国，会过些时来美，我们签约时只能将他们放在租约的同住人一栏而不是租客一栏，因为他们无法签字。那么我们有没有必要写上如果签约人停止付款，他们也应立即搬出这样的条例？这个文字应该怎么写呢？谢谢！
