房子下月底close，在quote home insurance 时

房子下月底close，在quote home insurance 时发现现房主2011年有个1万四千左右

的 water damage claim，建议我买带sewer back up 的保险。我担心房子会不会受

损，譬如有mode之类的。儿子有很重的allergy，现在有些担心。大家发些意见。谢
