For Sale By Owner

You need to invite an experienced agent to look at your house to see what needs to be updated, like kitchen, bath, carpet, etc. Usually we want to spend money to make more money.

Ask your friends, colleagues, relatives who just bought or sold houses their experiences about their realtors. Or just collect a few phone numbers and do a phone interview to see if they are experienced or not.
