回复：home equity loan不能用于出租房。 只能是自住房。你要分开报税。收益放在投资房中，但利息在分项折扣中减。

Thank you very much, I am new to real estate. I may be wrong. I am in Texas, I am told by my banker there is something very close to home equity line of credit, I may get ~70% out of property value from your rental property. Again, thank you a lot
