I am making an offer for myself on homepath.com, but it is said"no selling office commission will be paid if buyer is a licensed real estate agent. commission is paid on sales price less concesss"
in this situation, if my offer price is $200,000.
How much I should wite the net price (not including commsion): 196,000

Please help me figure it out. it is the first time for me to make an offer for myself.
